Electronic right of withdrawal
For contracts concluded electronically and for which a right of withdrawal is provided for by applicable law, the consumer may also exercise his right through the electronic withdrawal function of our online store.

To submit the withdrawal declaration, the consumer is asked to complete or confirm:
- his full name,
- the order number or other identification element of the contract,
- the e-mail address or other electronic means at which he wishes to receive the confirmation.
The declaration of withdrawal is completed by selecting the “Confirmation of withdrawal” function.
After the final submission of the declaration, an electronic confirmation of receipt is sent without undue delay. The certificate includes the content of the declaration, as well as the date and time of its submission.
The use of the electronic withdrawal function is not mandatory and does not limit the consumer's ability to exercise his right in any other way provided for by applicable law, through a clear statement sent to the company's contact details.
The timely submission of the withdrawal declaration does not exempt the consumer from the obligation to return the products, when this is provided for by law.
The deadlines, procedure and return address, return costs, refund conditions, legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal and its other consequences are described in this Returns and Withdrawal Policy.
The electronic submission of a withdrawal declaration does not automatically imply acceptance of the return of a product that is legally excluded from the right. withdrawal nor immediate refund before completion of the required checks and procedures.
